Where we ship

The United States only, including every state. We cannot send a ball outside the United States.

What it costs

$5.99 flat per order, however many balls you buy. It is added once at checkout, and you see it before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 5 to 9 business days. Once a parcel is with the carrier it is typically 2 to 5 business days in transit, so allow 7 to 14 business days from ordering to arrival. Those are estimates. We control when an order is dispatched, and not what happens to it afterwards.

Buying for a date

For a senior night, a banquet or a birthday, order with room to spare. The range above is what we expect, not a promise we can keep on your behalf, and we cannot offer a faster option.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides a tracking number, we pass it on to you.

If something goes wrong in transit

Tell us and send a photograph. A ball damaged in transit is replaced without being posted back first. The returns page has the detail.
